कृषी यांत्रिकीकरण उप-अभियान (Farm Mechanization)
कृषी यांत्रिकीकरण (Farm Mechanization) सारांश : कृषि यांत्रिकीकरणास प्रोत्साहन देणे व शेती मधील उर्जेच्या वापराचे प्रमाण २ किलोवॅट/ हेक्टर पर्यंत वाढविणे.
उद्देश : जेथे शेतीमधील उर्जेचा वापर कमी आहे अशा क्षेत्रामध्ये व अल्प व अत्यल्प भूधारक शेतकऱ्यांपर्यंत कृषि यांत्रिकीकरणाचा लाभ पोहोचविणे. प्रात्याक्षिके व मनुष्यबळ विकासाद्वारे सहभागीदारमध्ये जागरुकता निर्माण करणे.
धोरण : कृषि यंत्र/ अवजारे यांच्या खरेदीसाठी अर्थसहाय्य देणे प्रशिक्षण व प्रात्यक्षिका द्वारे सहभागीदारांना कृषि यांत्रिकीकरणास प्रोत्साहित करणे
कृषी यांत्रिकीकरण (Farm Mechanization) अनुदान : या योजनेतून खालील दिलेल्या कृषि यंत्र / अवजारे यांच्या खरेदीसाठी अर्थसहाय्य देण्यात येईल:
- ट्रॅक्टर
- पॉवर टिलर
- ट्रॅक्टर/ पॉवर टिलर चलित अवजारे
- बैल चलित यंत्र/अवजारे
- मनुष्य चलित यंत्र/अवजारे
- प्रक्रिया संच
- काढणी पश्च्यात तंत्रज्ञान
- फलोत्पादन यंत्र/अवजारे
- वैशिष्ट्यपूर्ण यंत्र अवजारे
- स्वयं चलित यंत्रे
भाडे तत्वावरील सुविधा केंद्र:
- कृषि अवजारे बँकेची स्थापना
- उच्च तंत्रज्ञान , उत्पादन सेवा सुविधा केंद्राची स्थापना
कृषी यांत्रिकीकरण (Farm Mechanization) पात्रता :
- शेतकऱ्याचे आधार कार्ड असणे अनिवार्य आहे
- शेतकऱ्याकडे ७/१२ उतारा व ८ अ असावा
- शेतकरी अनु. जाती , अनु.जमाती मधील असल्यास जातीचा दाखला आवश्यक
- फक्त एकाच औजारासाठी अनुदान देय राहील म्हणजेच ट्रॅक्टर किंवा यंत्र/ अवजार
- कुटुंबातील व्यक्तीच्या नावे ट्रॅक्टर असल्यास , ट्रॅक्टरचलित औजारासाठी लाभ मिळण्यास पात्र असेल परंतु ट्रॅक्टर असल्याचा पुरावा सोबत जोडणे आवश्यक
- एखाद्या घटकासाठी / औजारासाठी लाभ घेतला असल्यास त्याच घटक/ औजारासाठी पुढील १० वर्षे अर्ज करता येणार नाही परंतु इतर औजारासाठी अर्ज करता येईल
- उदा. एखाद्या शेतकऱ्याला सन २०१८-१९ मध्ये ट्रॅक्टरसाठी लाभ देण्यात आला असेल तर पुढील १० वर्षे ट्रॅक्टरसाठी लाभ मिळण्यास पात्र ठरणार नाही सन २०१९-२० मध्ये इतर औजारासाठी लाभापात्र राहील

- आधार कार्ड

- ८ अ दाखला
- खरेदी करावयाच्या अवजाराचे कोटेशन व केंद्र शासनाच्या मान्यताप्राप्त तपासणी संस्थेने दिलेला तपासणी अहवाल
- जातीचा दाखला ( अनु. जाती व अनु. जमाती साठी )
- स्वयं घोषणापत्र
- पूर्वसंमती पत्र

Sub-mission on Farm Mechanization Overview :
To promote the usage of Farm Mechanization and increase the ratio of farm power to cultivable unit area up to 2 Kw/Ha.
Sub-mission on Farm Mechanization Mission Objectives: Increasing the reach of Farm Mechanization to small and marginal farmers and to the regions where availability of farm power is low.
Creating awareness among the Stakeholders through demonstration and capacity building activities.
Sub-mission on Farm Mechanization Mission Strategy: Provide financial assistance to farmers for procurement of Farm Machinery and Implements. Promote Farm Mechanization among Stakeholders by way of on-field and off-field training and demonstrations.
Sub-mission on Farm Mechanization Benefit : Eligibility
- Farmer should have Aadhaar Card.
- Farmer should have 7/12 certificate and 8 –A certificate.
- If farmer belongs to SC, ST caste category then required caste certificate.
- The Subsidy is payable for only one component i.e. Tractor or Device/Equipment to the farmer.
- If there is a tractor in the name of the parents of the family or unmarried member of same family and if any member of same family has applying for tractor running device/equipment then he will be eligible for benefit but he needs to upload proof of having tractor.
- If farmer has benefitted for any component/equipement then he/she will not eligible to apply same component/equipement for next 10 years but he can apply another component.
- For Ex- If farmer has applied "Tractor" for the year 2018-19 then he will not eligible to apply "Tractor" for next 10 years but from next year 2019-20 he can apply another component like "Power Tiller", "Tractor/Power Tiller Operated Machinery".
Farm Mechanization Subsidy: This scheme will provide financial support for the purchase of the following agricultural machinery/implements:
- 1) Tractor
- 2) Power tiller
- 3) Tractor/ Power Tiller Movable implements
- 4) Bullock moving machinery/implements
- 5) Human powered machinery/equipment
- 6) Processing Unit
- 7) After Harvesting Technology
- 8) Horticulture Machinery/Implements
- 9) Special machine tools
- 10) Self-propelled machines

- Quotation of the equipment/tools to be purchased and the testing certificate of the Central Government approved agency
- Caste Certificate for SC,ST beneficiaries
